Deborah has over 22 years of experience in the healthcare sector, specialising in care home operations, regulatory compliance, and business growth. She has built and run care homes from the ground up and successfully led several care home acquisitions and integrations.

She is highly experienced in CQC and NHS audits, achieving strong inspection outcomes. Deborah works closely with local authorities and NHS partners to expand and deliver high-quality services, particularly in complex nursing care.

Gary has over 40 years’ experience in the banking industry on a senior level for National Australia Bank, Helaba, HSBC and Landesbank.

Gary is an expert in project finance and portfolio management covering all aspects of transactions. From identification and acquisition of suitable transactions, through structuring, detailed evaluation, credit assessment, deal execution and transaction/portfolio management in variety of industry sectors, covering Infrastructure, Power/Energy, PFI, Leverage Finance, Hotel & Property Financing, Aircraft Financing, Trade Finance and Corporate Lending.

Tom has over 35 years’ experience as a Partner, Senior adviser and EQCR Leader in Deloitte and EY gained in the UK, Asia and Eastern Europe.

Tom is an expert in auditing financial institutions amongst other sectors and has extensive experience in corporate finance, performing due-diligence and acting as reporting accountant on listed companies. He is also a key member of international investment project teams in different sectors such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, oil and gas, telecommunications, energy and utilities.

Diane worked in the National Health Service for 45 years, in a variety of acute, primary care, commissioning, clinical and managerial posts. She is a qualified Registered General Nurse and holds an MBA degree.

She was a CEO of a GP led Social Enterprise, has undertaken roles as Clinical and Corporate Governance Manager for West Lancashire, a Specialist Advisor working for the Care Quality Commission, as well as Executive Director of Clinical Services and Executive Board member for Cumbria Primary Care Trust.
