Her experience spans care home operations, regulatory compliance, workforce leadership and service development, alongside a strong track record of identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
Having worked closely with local authorities, NHS partners and regulators throughout her career, Deborah combines deep sector knowledge with a practical understanding of what it takes to build high-quality, sustainable care environments.
